Marta Najda-Janoszka, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland
- Marta Najda-Janoszka is Associate Professor at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Her research and teaching activities are grounded in the strategic management field, with particular emphasis on managing processes of value creation and value appropriation in varied inter-organizational constellations. In 2017 she has completed a habilitation with the book Dynamic capability-based approach to value appropriation. Focusing mainly on inter-organizational collaboration, she is the author and coauthor of over 80 scientific works including journal articles, student text-books, and monographs. She has also participated as a panel/track head at renowned international conferences. She is a member of Strategic Management Society.
