The Crissis Communication & Digital Listening Lab is a research unit focusing both on the social construction of image and on the study of identity and otherness. Our current research is oriented on two complementary directions as we aim to conduct qualitative research in order to decipher the mechanisms of identity, otherness and image and we are also interested in exploring crisis management, PR measurement and social media listening from the perspective of their impact on identity, image and organizational reputation.
