Gabriela Popescu has been an associate teacher at the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations since 2014. Since 2017, she has a doctorate in communication sciences with the thesis "The city brand as a vector for the construction of the country's image. Sibiu ten years after the European Capital of Culture", coord. etc. Prof. Dr. Paul Dobrescu. In the period 2020 – 2021, he deepens his doctoral research within the framework of post-doctoral studies in communication sciences as a beneficiary of the Entrepreneurial Program for learning through practical experience, within the Project "Researcher-entrepreneur on the labor market in the fields of intelligent specialization" (CERT-ANTREP), POCU/380/6/13/124708. Participates in the scientific research activity of the department and the publication of scientific papers: Organizational Learning Research Laboratory, Strategic International Conference, Qualitative Research in Communication. In 2022 he is a trainer in the Kickstart Student project - POCU/829/6/13/141279, CNIPMMR beneficiary. Areas of interest include city brand and country brand, communication in post-pandemic conditions: "new media, new generations".
